Do I need to book an appointment in advance?
Yes, AURELLE operates on a private, appointment-only basis to ensure every client receives our full attention. We recommend booking at least 3–5 days in advance for weekday slots and 1–2 weeks for weekends.
What products do you use during treatments?
We exclusively use premium, cruelty-free professional lines including Kérastase, Olaplex, Dermalogica and MAC Cosmetics — carefully selected for quality and skin/hair safety.
Do you offer bridal packages and trials?
Absolutely. Our Bridal Atelier Package includes a full trial session, wedding-day service, and a touch-up kit. We recommend booking your bridal package at least 2 months in advance.
What is your cancellation policy?
We kindly request at least 24 hours' notice for cancellations or rescheduling so we may offer the slot to another client. Late cancellations may incur a nominal fee.
Is parking available at the studio?
Yes, complimentary valet parking is available for all AURELLE clients during studio hours.
